Please make sure that you read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with placing an order.
Entering our Terms and Conditions:
Any order from a customer for stationery from Little h With Love is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. We accept the right to update our Terms and Conditions and content on our website without any prior notice.
You (the customer) are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material you ask us to include in your Wedding Stationery (i.e. poems, hymns and readings to be included in an Order of Service) and in particular, you indemnify Little h With Love against any action brought against it for breech of a third party's copyright.
Little h With Love cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occasionally occur within a product. Although every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, due to digital imagery some colours shown on the website may not be exact representations of the actual colours used.
All of our products are handmade, so therefore may differ slightly from product to product, this is not deemed a fault. Customers are also advised that due to the products being hand finished, there may be slight variations amongst individual items within an order, again this will not be deemed as faulty. All products are finished to a high standard but due to their delicate embellishments, should be handled with care by the customer.
Little h With Love reserves the right to substitute a design element with an alternative (being of the same or better quality) should an item within our designs become discontinued or unavailable. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will contact the customer to discuss other options.
If a client orders Wedding stationery in stages, then we cannot guarantee continuity in design including the colour shades of products used.
Placing an order:
Once an order has been placed, we will advise you of a completion time frame for your order. We will also advise you when we will require additional information to complete your order. These dates must be strictly adhered to as we must respect the dates scheduled for our other customers. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in your order being pushed back several weeks - we will inform you of this to allow for cancellation of your order if necessary.
It is advised that you purchase a sample of the design that you require to make sure that the colour and design meet your requirements as slight variations in colour and design can occur.
We take great care in producing your proofs, but as our customer, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the copy supplied and to thoroughly check the wording of the proofs. Please note that we will print the exact wording supplied to us by you. You (the customer) must make sure that you are entirely happy with the proof before you confirm and accept it with Little h With Love.
We will initially email one digital set of proofs to a customer (proofs are not the same as samples).
We will not be held responsible for any mistakes on stationery identified after the proofs have been approved. Work WILL NOT commence until proofs have been approved.
Any delay in the customer failing to respond to proofing items within the specified time scale could result in a delay in your order being completed or your order being cancelled if there is not sufficient diary capacity to complete your order before your Wedding date.
Turnaround times for Samples and Orders:
Samples: Turnaround time is currently 3 weeks from when a sample is ordered and paid for to you receiving your delivery.
Full orders: Turnaround time is currently 5 weeks from when an order is placed and paid for to when the order is received by yourself. This timeframe is also heavily dependent on you the customer adhering and meeting the proofing time frames set by ourselves (Little h With Love).
Our prices as subject to change without prior notice. Any orders placed before a price change will be charged at the amount agreed and accepted on the date the order is placed.
Every effort is made to display the prices accurately. However, on rare occasions, mistakes can occur. In this instance, Little h With Love will correct the mistake and contact the customer so that they can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and Little h With Love shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the order however caused. If you have not received your order by the date specified then please inform us as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any third party. If for any reason we foresee a delay to your delivery then we will inform the customer immediately.
The customer shall upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly (but in any event within 7 working days of delivery) notify Little h With Love of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In default of such written notification, Little h With Love shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods.
If a fault is discovered, Little h With Love must receive the original faulty stationery before goods are resent in there correct condition. Customers are required to return faulty items in the same manner that they were sent to them (i.e., boxed,wrapped in tissue paper etc). Once an order has been signed for by the customer, the goods are your responsibility until they are received back by Little h With Love. We will not replace any stationery item that has been damaged in transit on their return to us due to insufficient packaging.
In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods defectively produced and will no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or, if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods at the time when Little h With Love had tended delivery of the goods.
Orders can be cancelled as long as final proofs have not been confirmed and production has not commenced. Any cancellation must be made in writing to Little h With Love via email. 50% of the total paid when the order was placed is non refundable.
Please note that due to our products being handmade and personalised to each customer, refunds and exchanged will only be made if in the unusual circumstance that the stationery is faulty due to our own error, we will be more that happy to rectify this. Please contact us via email if there is a problem with your order.
Non delivery of goods:
Little h With Love shall not be liable to the customer or deemed in breech of the agreement by reason of delay in performing, or failure to perform any of Little h With Love's obligations in the relation to the goods,if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Little h With Love's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the fore going the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Little h With Love's reasonable control:
Act of god, fire, flood tempest, accident, explosion,
War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
Acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental parliamentary or local authority.
Import or export regulations or embargoes
Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Little h With Love or of a third party).
Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel,parts or machinery.
Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Hospitalised illness or death.
Any dispute, claims or proceedings of whatever nature between Little h With Love and the customer in connection with or arising out of validity, construction or performance of this agreement shall be subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by English Law.
Health and Safety:
Please be aware that due to small parts, many of our designs are not suitable for small children and are not a toy.
When you conduct a transaction on our website using the contact form or via email, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Any personal information that you provide us, will be used for the specific reason of creating your order. We do not disclose or pass on this information with third parties.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services advertises and purchased;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
